Trained Field Sobriety Test Instructor
Because understanding and attacking the DUI field sobriety tests is so important to DUI layers, Mr. Nichols has spent a lot of his career studying the DUI tests. Mr. Nichols has completed the NHTSA field sobriety training courses that law enforcement officers must complete. Additionally, Mr. Nichols has also completed the more advanced NHTSA field sobriety test instructor’s certification course.
